I want my customers to be directed to checkout on my website. My Facebook and Instagram are linked to my Shopify and able to checkout via FB & IG.

By adding a link that directs customers to your Shopify store’s checkout page, you can simplify the purchasing process for your customers. This way, they can easily complete their transactions without any additional steps.
Additionally, I would recommend considering the use of linkpop. Linkpop is a link-in bio tool that helps you promote exactly what you need!
Thanks Rio for your input. I am looking for a resolution to my social shops checkout process which currently customers can checkout on FB & IG but I want them to checkout on my website. This is an option however unfortunately I’m not getting anywhere quickly with Shopify support.
I want the same thing for my website, but I can’t figure out how to add the “view product on website” button on my instagram shop… did you ever figure out how to do it?
