Due to an error in the Shopify connection with Facebook we decided to delete the connection between Meta and Shopify. Now we are trying to reinstall everything but we can’t get it reconnected. Can Someone help us?
Error in Facebook Business intergrations: “Some permissions have expired”
Now by reinstalling all of our accounts get this error: This Facebook Page/Instagram account can’t be selected because it’s already connected to a Shopify store. You can disconnect the Facebook Page/Instagram account from the current Shopify store and then try again to select it.
We can’t seem to find the source of the problem. please help

This issue typically occurs when the Facebook Page or Instagram account is associated with an old Shopify store despite being uninstalled. Try fixing it by navigating to Facebook, Business Settings > Business Integrations and locate Shopify, then remove Shopify completely. Then navigate to Commerce Manager > Settings > Business Assets and unlink the Page and Instagram account from the old or defunct store. Wait for a few minutes and come back to Shopify and re-install the Facebook & Instagram app. If you are unable to determine the cause of the problem, try connecting from a different admin profile with unrestricted access.
