Hey Community, I need honest feedback on my store about design / product / checkout / SEO / email

  3. What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect: I’m trying to achieve a fun but successful business that fills everyone’s days with a little more relaxation.

I’m not expecting much but I’m hoping to gain a bit of traction so be able to use the profits for different charities.

Here’s how to improve it :

  1. Performance (from your report)
    The main issue is LCP, meaning users wait too long to see the main content.
  • Optimize hero/product images (WebP, proper sizing)
  • Delay non-critical scripts/apps
  1. First impression needs to be clearer
  • Add a strong headline (relaxation + charity angle)
  • Include a short value proposition above the fold.
  • Strengthen your About page to clearly communicate your brand and charity mission
  1. Product pages (need stronger selling points)
    Your products look good, but they need more persuasion:
  • Clearly explain the experience (calming, stress relief, gifting)
  • Highlight key features (vegan, hand-poured, ingredients)
  • Add reviews (even a few helps a lot)
