Community guidance includes:

  • Reviewing comprehensive Google policy documentation and guidelines (multiple support links provided)
  • Checking all possible violation areas since the exact cause isn’t disclosed
  • Ensuring compliance with common requirements:
    • Visible, accessible policy pages (shipping, returns, privacy, terms)
    • Valid contact information (email, phone, business address)
    • Clear “About Us” page and social media links
    • Product data accuracy (titles, prices, availability matching GMC feed)
    • No broken images or links

Key misrepresentation categories to investigate: Misrepresentation of Self, Misrepresentation of Product/Offer, and User Experience & Trust issues.

Status: The issue remains unresolved. Community members offered to review the store privately for a more detailed assessment, though this requires significant time investment. The user was advised to submit another review request to potentially get more specific feedback from Google.

Yeah sorry for the lack of details but im not really sure why the review i requested got rejected tried to read all the information i was able to get my hands on and also did alot of updates for the new review to follow all policys guidelines etc. Honestly dont know what more changes i can do or how much clearer i can be in my policys :joy:

The reason for suspension can be wide, because Google does not share the exact reason, the only way to resolve a suspension is by fixing every possible reason.

Yes i understand but it honestly Feels i have fixed every possible solution at this but guess i missed something that i dont know about

Is there any chance i can send you my store in dm if you got a minute to see if youre able to find anything?

Sure, feel free to reach out to me. However, please note that reviewing a website, business setup, account settings, and product feed takes time—it’s not something that can be done in just a minute.

sure @Larsveeg

Can you share more details about the issue?

Hi Larsveeg,

Was this resolved?

I read that your review request got rejected too. You send another one and hopefully they can at least tell you what’s wrong.

Since you have not shared your store’s URL, I will share a rough checklist of the things you can check to see if that is causing the issue:

  • Ensure you have easily accessible and visible pages for

  • Shipping Policy

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Contact page - email id should be valid, add a phone number, and business address

  • Add a clear about us page

  • Link your social media profiles of your store if you have any

  • Ensure product titles, prices, and availability match exactly what’s shown in Google Merchant Center

  • No placeholder or broken images

  • Check your Search Console for broken links

Just to let you know there are a few misrepresentation errors the most common ones include: Misrepresentation of Self, Misrepresentation of Product or Offer, User Experience & Trust. Research these and you will get better clarity on why you have be experiencing this misrepresentation error.
