Yes, you can easily do this yourself on any Shopify page. This is a built-in feature that you can find straight away!
Go to any product, collection, or page you want to edit in your Shopify admin. Scroll all the way to the bottom and find the section called “Search engine listing,” then click the “Edit” link.
