I am a startup on a limited budget looking for a free plan mix and match bundle app that allows fixed pricing not a percent off. The ones I have found so far are percentage based. I would only need it for 1 bundle. Are there any free apps available?

The native Buy X Get Y uses percentage for free behavior for the Y item; so this impacts how apps implement features and costs to make those features available.
Is there a reason you simply cannot calculate what the percent would be that represents the fixed off amount.
I.e. $10 with $2 off fixed price = 20% discount.
There’s also using standard discount constrained to specific products and a minimum quantity ; set to also only apply once per order.
An alternative is to sell the bundle as a single item at the wanted price, then on the backend edit the order to have the component items adjust the price, and do any inventory sync. Automation apps like mechanic can facilitate that: https://tasks.mechanic.dev/?q=bundle%20sync

I did leave out information in my original post.
I can not calculate as a percentage because customers would have the option to choose up to 4 items that are already at the lower price limit. EX; bundle price is $20 and they choose 4x$5 items. I could not place a discount percent on the $5 items or it would fall below $20.
I explain more my dilemma with this post.
The Auto Add automation seems to be more of what I am looking for.

Here’s an example I’ve created so you can see how it works:
