Is there a way to create an automatic free shipping discount for first time customers on our site? How do we create this? We want it to have the capability to combine with a regular discount code as well.

If you’re looking for a way to create an automatic free shipping discount that only applies to first-time customers, you can try our app, Regios Discounts (4.8 stars, 77 reviews, Built for Shopify).
Here’s a screenshot of how you could set your discount up:
You just need a “Compare number” condition set to “Customer orders == 0,” then chain that with an “Apply discount” step that gives 100% off the shipping cost. You can also type “Free Shipping for 1st Time Customers” into our app’s AI generator, and the discount will be automatically created for you.
Because this discount is based on the Shopify Functions API, you can combine it with regular discount codes using the same “Combinations” settings as built-in discounts.
