Google Merchant not seeing refund policy or terms of service from slider revolution

Hi, I’m attempting to setup Google Merchant for my store (https://www.mlemory.com). I built my site with slider revolution components, and I’m linking directly to my terms of service and refund policy from links within my slider revolution’s footer component.

However, Google Merchant is still telling me to “Add a refund policy and terms of service” to my footer. Are we required to use the built in Dawn theme footer to make these links “count” towards Google Merchant? I tried enabling my default footer (which also has those “missing” links), but Google Merchant still doesn’t see them.

Is anyone aware of what could be wrong? I also sent a message to Google Merchant support, but I don’t know if the issue is on their end or within my Shopify site?

Hi there! I’m not sure if Google recognizes your footer as a footer, that’s an interesting idea.

I do see the Refund Policy in the Footer but I don’t see the Terms of Service link. Make sure it’s enabled in Settings>Policies and you have it linked in the footer.

Your returns policy is fine, can you share a screenshot of the message. Because maybe it meant to say add a returns policy in your account here: Promote Your Business with Merchant Center - Google for Retail
