Thank you for reaching out about this! I can appreciate your concern if you believe you were double charged for your domain registration. In your store admin, under Settings > Billing do you see two separate invoices for the charges? If yes, are the domain names the same in both of those invoices?
What could have happened is that a charge was attempted and then failed, which can happen for a number of reasons or there could be two domains registered under your account with similar names. Regardless of which is the case here you will need to reach out to our live support so that we can investigate and escalate to our billing team if necessary. Due to the nature of domains, I encourage you to reach out as soon as you can in case the issue has a small window of time to be resolved.
You can contact our live support by following this link: Contact Support - Shopify Help Center, sign into the affected store, search for the issue “Domain billing” and then choose contact support from the bottom of the search results.
