I bought an item in January with the promise that it will be shipped “early February”. Fast forward to April, nothing has been shipped and the store doesn’t exist anymore, I contacted the store email in early march but no answer, which looks like a scam.
I tried to fill that form : https://help.shopify.com/en/questions/buyer-complaint#/customer-support/report-order-issue but it looks like the page check if the Order confirmation URL is in a specific format, which I don’t have because I can’t access my order details. Is there a workaround?
