Why is my online store suddenly inactive?

I logged into to my account today and my store is inactive and idk why

It won’t let me access the store at all it just says we’ll be back soon. If you own this store contact support which I did but they aren’t being helpful at all

When it comes to log in issues, we ask that you do the following:

  • always check your email for any direct correspondence from any of our teams that may explain as to why the account is inactive.
  • check if you’re using the correct login credentials for the correct store: feel free to use this link to do so.
  • what prompts are you seeing when logging in your store? Any possible unpaid bills that may have caused this pause?
  • if you are still unsure as to why after all the steps above, we recommend you reach out to our live support team as they can look at the back end of your account and dig further as to why it is currently inactive.

I have no option to speak to live support I just made the store I never received any email as to why it was closed qnd it just says come back later

I already have several times and still no response

So when you reach out to our live support team, do you chat with somebody or perhaps get on a call? I am a bit confused when you say nobody responds. Definitely interested in getting more information from you about this specific situation so we can get a better idea as to what you are experiencing and assist you further.

Do you perhaps have an ongoing ticket with our team? With situations like these, I understand the need for more urgency but please take comfort in the fact that you have an outstanding ticket and to allow a couple business days for the proper team to provide you with a response.
