How can I access the domains tab after changing platforms?

Hello.

I’ve recently changed platforms from shopify to a local one. When i deactivated my store i didn’t unlink the domain first. Now, i reactivated the shopify account but it doesn’t let me access the domains tab.

I either need someone to do it for me or tell me what to do please.

It somehow worked after repeating the same plan selection step for 3 times. Now i get this: as if the storelo.ro domain is not linked anymore.

Thanks for reaching out and for the updated screenshots. I understand that now, after picking a plan to unlink your domain, you have found that the domain is actually no longer linked, is that correct?

Can I ask if this domain is still owned by you, purchased from Hostico? If so, contacting them/logging into their admin portal will allow you to link it to another store/website.

What I would also recommend is taking a look at the WHOIS data, allowing you to see when it was registered last and when the date it will be available for purchase again here.

Can I ask when you purchased this domain as well as when you last opened your Shopify store before this?

Yes, the domain is not linked to shopify anymore. The domain is still owned by me (purchased from Hostico) and is linked to the new platform under the address www.domain.ro. The address domain.ro does not lead to what www.domain.ro leads to. I used geopicker.com and it’s so weird because in every other country both addresses lead to the same site (the one that i want). Nobody from support seems to be able to resolve my problem.

It works now. I guess it needed more time. Thank you.
