I have the Basic Shopify plan and is wondering how I can add more shipping options such as express and overnight shipping to my plan

The options for express or overnight shipping would depend on the shipping you would like to offer. The rates do not come with the plans themselves, you can decide what couriers you would like to work with so you can offer their rates at checkout. There is more information here on how to plan your shipping strategy if you’re not sure!
What may be helpful to you here is Carrier Calculated Shipping, which displays real-time rates at the checkout. This means you would get the best rates of the day. This is a feature you can add to the Basic plan for an extra $20 per billing cycle. It is an extra expense, but it could end up saving you quite a bit of money in the long run.
