How can I automatically block solicitation messages on my store?

Is there a way to automatically block those emails/messages. I always politely decline services they are pushing. But today I was threatened that if I don’t use their services Shopify will close my store .

If it was from a direct external email from a provable domain that is a shopify partner then report it to support. Such threats could result in a platform ban for that spammer.

Don’t just report an email because of what address is in the body-text anyone can put anything there to cast blame, know where it came from.

If its on this forum report the message (three dots menu).

If it was an email through a stores contact form ensure that CAPTCHA is enabled

Keeping in mind that could be detrimental to the customer experience.

Beyond that and if it was an external email there is little shopify can do about that unless you can prove it is a shopify partner or expert that sent the mail.

For external emails if it used a mailing service, like mailchimp or mailsend etc etc report the email directly to that service provider.

Otherwise you have to just mark it as spam individually or set up filters to mark it spam by identifying the boilerplate those scammers tend to use to.

Limit where you share email addresses publicly or make sure you have separate email addresses for different parts of the business.
