I am trying to change the email address of where the Contact Us form sends the inquiries.
I have searched the forums, but it seems like the new UI on shopify has changed so the old posts indicating how to do this is no longer applicable.
Please advise where to go about changing this as I cannot make this change and all the inquiries are still going to the original email address that I signed up the account with.

I understand that you want to update the email address for your Contact Us form. If you created your form using Shopify’s default page template, then all form submissions are sent to the sender email address of your store. You can change the sender email address in the Notifications settings page of your Shopify admin. However, please note that the process may be slightly different for custom embedded contact forms.
