My son has just transferred the ownership of his Shopify Store to me and I need to verify my payment account. When I go to verify my son’s name comes up. How do I change this so I can upload my verification document?

Thanks for reaching out. To change the information associated with the Shopify Payments account on your store, you’ll need to contact our live support team. To do so, follow these steps:
- Head over to the Help Center.
- Enter the details of your question into the chat assistant.
- Wait for the chat assistant’s response and click I still need help.
- Follow the prompts to be connected with a Support Advisor.
