How can I correct my date of birth on my ecommerce account?

I messed up my date of birth information for my Shopify account and now I cannot receive any Shopify payments to my account. I emailed Shopify customer service, but they only gave me a ticket and never responded; it’s been two days. If anyone knows how to fix this please reach out.

That said, it is likely just a matter of waiting to hear back from the escalated team in question which can take longer due to their workload and requirements to work via email only.
