Hello, i need an advice. i have created a store on shopify and i choose plan which cost 399$ but it has to be free for 3 months and i didn’t use that account whole time, i just tested it and today i tried deactivated the store but it tells me that i have to pay all factures before deactive store.. Im just stressing about it, cause i don’t have enough money for that. Could u help me with the deactive the store?

Based on your question, it sounds like you were able to take advantage of the promotional 3 month offer and were automatically billed after that period was over for your chosen subscription. However, since you have to pay the owing balance just to access your store’s Admin, I am under the impression that your store is in a ‘frozen state’ due to non payment.
This is important because once all payment attempts have been made and a store is already frozen, it technically acts the same as a ‘deactivated’ store in all aspects. Sometimes, it won’t make sense to re-open the store just to close it again, where other times you may want to.
If this is your situation, I wouldn’t advise there is anything further for you to do, however, if you have any doubt or discomfort with this then our Support team can absolutely offer further assistance by looking into the account.
