How can I enable mobile autoplay for a video in the Dawn theme?

Hello everybody!

I use the Dawn theme, and I would like to know how I can autoplay, on mobile, a video that I uploaded together with the photos in my store?

In the desktop version it’s ok, autoplay works, but in mobile it doesn’t. I removed the zoom option from the images, but I believe this is not a problem for autoplay on mobile.

oh sorry auto play video doesn’t support mobile device

Unfortunately, video autoplay can not work on mobile. The reason is, mobile devices are usually limited in bandwidth and battery. So the mobile OS vendors block it by default.

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it.

Alternatively I have been using autoplay gifs and it has worked for me
