I’ve been a shopify customer for a bit over a year now and to have been looking for contact information for days now is honestly horrible. As a business platform that I brag about that should honestly be the last of my concern, me trying to find a way to contact the platform for help, its honestly horrible. I have actually had to purchase a whole different plan and start a whole new site because i couldn’t find the help i needed and my money from my old store is stuck because i COULDN’T GET HELP.

I was away for the holiday break and back today. Were you able to reach the support team since? If not, let me know what stage of the process you can get to and I will help you reach them. Anyone should have the ability to reach the steps I’ve shown above, it’s not blocked out for anyone for any reason.
I was never able to reach them and i’ve tried everything
