Shopify any support at all. now cant even post a question to others?

SHOPIFY CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE ANY SPEC OF SUPORT? NO PHONE OR CHAT HELP ? IF ANY THEY HIDE IT WELL AND SEND YOU TO LINKS THAT LEAD YOU IN CIRCLES? ANY HELP FROM ANOTHER HUMAN PLEASE? CANT GET ANY FROM SHOPIFY. CLOSING ME SHOP SOON OUT OF FEAR THAT THIS COMPANY THAT CANNOT AFFORD TO HIRE CUSTOMER SUPPORT MUST BE READY TO GO UNDER.

I wanted to let you know that you can contact our support team 24/7 via our help center here. After logging in to your store, you will need to select a support topic that most closely relates to your query. You may then need to select a sub-topic, after which you will be presented with the various contact methods that you can choose from. Live chat and Email are generally always available, however sometimes Phone Callback can be selected (depending on the current demand).

If you are having issues with reaching our support team, even after reading the above information, then please let me know at what stage you are getting stuck and I would be happy to troubleshoot this further with you.
