How can I fix an issue with items not being removed from the cart?

Hi, I’ve just realised that my site is not allowing customers to remove items from their cart. When you click on the delete button it just keeps spinning but item isn’t removed - does anyone know how I might fix this? It was working so not sure what’s happened! Same here. I have no idea what is causing it. When I just went onto your site, it allowed me to delete the item immediately. My site is gramacirrigation.com.

My issue was resolved by clearing browser cache and cookies.

My customers can’t either is this a site wide issue?

Hi, I found another post which said it was a problem on the Dawn theme that they were trying to resolve and to disable google pay in the meantime, which I have done and it seems to of fixed it for now :crossed_fingers:

Yep, I reached out to Shopify support earlier who said that they tested my site earlier and all was working well when it wasn’t. But just disabled Google pay and its worked for me just now.

Try disabling Google pay from your shop, it worked a treat for me.

I didn’t even know I had Google Pay, I removed it but I am still getting "There was an error while updating your cart. Please try again."

Try disabling each of them, saving the setting and then reliable them one at a time
