I need help in creating automated emails for the people who submit the form on my website I will show here what I did and it’s still not working!
I appreciate any help you can provide.
The form is created and the email is created they are both active
I think the problem is in the flow and the trigger
Do you have any logs from the flow run? I wonder if the customer created trigger would work, though I’d expect the trigger you used to work. You tested it by filling out the form with a new email that hadn’t previously been sub’d to marketing?
yes, I tested it and it’s not working, on my searches, it’s saying that Shopify forms do not support email automation! so this make the whole website not needed for me…
