How can I get a refund after cancelling my plan?

Hi Looking for some assistance I cancelled my plan and payment was deducted.

I can see people can obtain refunds up to 3 days after their bill if their store is deactivated.

While we cannot guarantee any refunds for merchants’ subscription payments, if you have closed your store down shortly after making a monthly payment then you are welcome to check and see if a refund can be considered. Please reach out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center so you can be authenticated on your store; you do not need to be logged in to start a live chat with our team.
