How can I get a refund after closing my online store?

A few moments ago i wanted to close my store beacuse if i paid for the plan i would run out of money, fixed at that moment when i went to see if my money was taken or not for the payment of the plan they were taken and i would like the money back

Sorry to hear you have to close to your store. I can understand how important every penny is at times like this! Refund requests are taken on a case by case basis, you can submit a refund request via our live support.

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
