While we don’t typically offer refunds even with an account closure, however our support team may be able to help out here. As we cannot access accounts from here in the community, you can contact our live support via phone, chat or email via our portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. After reviewing your closed account, they’ll be able to determine if there’s something we can do to support you.
With that being said, I would love to know more as to why you closed your account? We hate to see our merchants go so if there is anything we can do to help please let us know!
