Refund request... My account is deactivated same day.

Attention Shopify Billing.

Please refund £228.00. The shop account has been deactivated and will not be used.
Ensure it is done.

Why would I be charged when it’s supposed to be after three months.
And it’s hard enough going around to contact someone or anyone at Shopify.

I understand you have already closed down your store yourself, that’s great as that would be the first step advised in any case where you wish to request a refund.

Once your store has been closed your next step would be to reach out for account support via our Help Centre here, where we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely.

Be sure to follow the prompts on the screen there, so you can see your options for getting support.

Try scrolling to the bottom of the screen until you can continue to ‘get support’.

There we’ll be able to look at when your store was closed and see if it might be possible to refund the most recent subscription invoice.
