Hello, I have been getting billed for $118 for almost year now and I do not use no app called POS thur Shopify. I will like to get refunded at least 5 months if possible. I was billed today for $118.00 for something I do not use or ever used! I emailed you all about this same behaviors and the issue never got fixed.

As per our Terms of Service, we don’t offer refunds. When you sign up for a service such as Shopify POS, you are responsible to cancel if you’re not using it. I know this is not ideal and I understand not wanting to pay for a service you’re not using. However, you can definitely get in touch with our Support team to see if an exception can be made. I’m not able to provide account-specific support through the Community forums, but you can get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center, who will be able to access your account and see if a refund can be issued.
