I ordered from Melas Dulcería and they ended up having issue’s with their website and it closed. I spent $55 and my order was never sent out. I want a refund but am unable to get in contact with them and i cant report the website due to it being down. Is there anyway I can get a refund, Ive been waiting for this for over a month.

If after 4 weeks you still have not received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
