I spent 40 pound on a site backed by shopify and now its been taken down, have tried to contact the store owner but obviously they havent replied as theyve got my money and done one. I want a refund asap shopify!

Moving forward, when purchasing from stores we recommend keeping an eye out for aspects on the website such as a valid contact number and email, social media presence, terms and services - just to name a few! If you do believe a store has breached our Acceptable Use Policy, you can report them here !
