While reading through your About Us page, I thought about a few key notes you should add to it to help customers learn more about your brand. Some of those key points are:
- How did you start your business? Give customers insight into your brand’s story and what got you inspired to start your business.
- How did you create your products? This is important as customers will want to know where the product is coming from, which improves the customer experience. This can also ensure you’re building trust and creating added value for the customer.
- List some of your brand’s successes. Outlining your brand’s successes creates more clarity around who your brand serves.

Increasing Store Traffic
I’ve compiled some low-cost/free strategies you can use to increase your store traffic and boost brand visibility:
- Consider sharing your website with friends and family. This can help reach a larger audience on various social platforms.
- Engaging in conversations on social media. Engaging in community forums, and sharing your store on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. You can even set up Facebook as a Sales Channel to display your products across various social media platforms for visibility.
- Utilizing content marketing by creating blog posts and videos to educate your audience.
Lastly, I encourage you to use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase your store’s discoverability. This can help increase your website’s chances of ranking highly in search results for relevant keywords. Some tips to help you increase your store’s SEO are:
- Creating titles that match search intent
- Writing meta descriptions
- Adding internal links to and from important pages

Hello, I have had a look at your store and I have a few suggestions on how you can improve it to finally start getting some sales.

Use a sticky header and add the search button on it. A sticky header would allow the customers to still access the menu bar as they scroll through the store without having to scroll back up. It is also essential to have the search button there so customers can find products easier.

Put your accepted methods of payment at the bottom of the homepage below the social media links. This would enable your customers to be aware of the various ways they can pay for products in your store such as through credit cards, Pay Pal, etc. This would enable them to plan accordingly.

Put an add to cart button on each product page. This would make it easier and faster for customers to add products that they fancy to their cart as the button would appear clearly on the top right of every product. You can install the Add to cart button app here https://apps.shopify.com/add-to-cart

Create a section for customer reviews. This is a sure way to create trust between you and your customers. It is one of the first things most customers look for when they visit a store and having a review section with positive comments about your products is a very good step to take.

Create a section for best sellers and the latest arrivals. These are two categories that capture the attention of customers so it’s best to have sections for them on your homepage.
