My brand Adidev Herbals sells skin care and personal care products. Could you all please check my website (www.adidevherbal.com) and advise what changes can be made to make it more user friendly and look better. Also I am facing an issue with the home page banner. I design it on canva but it appears blur on the website.
Here are a few suggestions:
-First image slide on homepage should have a CTA button or be clickable
-Add a contact form to your store and link to it in header or footer
-Add Product Reviews to product pages
-Product Image Aspect Ratios should be the same
-Logo list appears to have links, but when clicked they go nowhere

1. Homepage
- You can add more sections for example: Featured product (featured your winning product), product benefit ection (Ex: Smooth hair, natural ingredient, …)

Place the customer review under Featured product section and featured product collection (let them browse through the products more to get them hooked).

Add a section that show trust badge like this to make the store looks even more trustworthy:
2. UX Bug: Add To Card button does not react
There are some UX bugs I’ve encountered please take a look:
- I try to click Add To Cart for this product but it does not respond or drive me to checkout page. It takes me awhile to realize that there are notification at the back that tell me I’ve already added a lot of this product to shopping cart. 3. UX Bug: Contact us page not found
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had Contact Us page or a support widget. and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there’s nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
If you want to find a FREE option for that, MooseDesk is a good choice. It’s a customer service app/ticketing system that could help you do all the things I have suggested above.

- Add favicon
A favicon featuring your logo or a unique symbol helps reinforce your brand identity. It creates a consistent visual connection between your website and your brand, making it more trustworthy.

- Recheck the running banner
Placing the banner here is a strategic choice; however, the text scrolling speed is slow, resulting in the section appearing blank. I suggest extending the sentence length to ensure continuous scrolling and minimize the appearance of an empty section.
2. Consistency in image sizes
It allows for more precise placement of images within your design, leading to a more organized and visually appealing layout.
3. Add collection introduction
A collection introduction provides valuable information to customers about the theme, purpose, or highlights of the collection. Also, including relevant keywords and descriptive content in the collection introduction can improve search engine optimization (SEO).
4. Add more information in the buy section
Provide detailed descriptions of each product, including its ingredients, benefits, how to use it, and any notable features. This information helps customers understand what they’re buying and why it’s beneficial for them.
5. Highlight brand features
Brand features help distinguish your brand from competitors. By highlighting unique aspects such as sustainability practices, product quality, or customer service, you set your brand apart in the market.
