Hello, I didn’t have 1000 followers on my account so I was not accepted to the program, now I have 1k but I am not able to re-apply, how can I do it?

I took some time to reach out to our Collabs Team to see how we can get you sorted out here. So this application process you’re referring to here is actually for a feature of Shopify Collabs that lets you use ‘Discovery’ to find stores to collaborate with. You’re still able to find businesses to work with via channels like the Shop App (all the stores on that platform are Shopify stores), and you can view their pages to see if they’re open to collaborating.
If you’re wanting to re-apply to get access to this ‘Discovery’ feature, you’ll want to submit a support ticket to our Team, so we can lend you a hand with the process! You can use this link to reach our Help Portal. From there, let our AI Chat Assistant know that you would like to speak to someone regarding re-applying for the Discovery Feature of Shopify Collabs. The AI will then prompt you to connect with an advisor who can escalate things to our Collabs Team for their input.

Nope - I didn’t do anything on my end! We’re unable to authenticate users in the Community, so I’m unable to access accounts or account information. It’s likely that the saved data related to your initial submission was overwritten with the new follower count from your Social Media accounts!

That’s awesome to hear, @Coffeewdamian ! A good tip is to try to make sure that you’re looking for clients on social media platforms like Twitter! There are so many conversations that happen about Shopify on Twitter daily, you’d be surprised with the sort of exposure and connections you can make there!
