My card was stolen and somebody charged all my money from it on website https://luxxirran.myshopify.com/ in amount of 230.00 GBP on 15 March 2024 at 04:21.
It is a fraud.
I kindly ask you to help me to return my money back.
These is wrong phone number mentioned on this website, I contacted it +44 7879928675, but get an answer that this phone number owner doesn’t know this website.

Thank you for reaching out. This is not something we can assist directly with as Shopify cannot issue refunds on behalf of a merchant. If your credit card was stolen I’d highly recommend speaking with your bank as they have anti-fraud measures and can help you recover the funds.

Sellers phone number is incorrect and email doesn’t works.

If the buyer is not reachable via the contact information provided there is not much more that can be done. It might be advisable to refund the order unless you are willing to fulfill it while your funds are on hold. Please also be sure to check our fraud analysis tool for the order if the contact information seems to be incorrect as this could potentially be a sign of a fraudulent order.
