I am sorry to hear that your credit card or bank account was used for a fraudulent purchase. That is never a great situation to be in. In a situation like this you will need to contact your bank or credit card provider to open a claim with them. If the store is also on Shopify then this will open an investigation on our end as well.
Without a store address or any additional information on the store it will be difficult to find the store itself to ask for a refund directly. Your banking institute has this information though and can help get this resolved.
