I am needing to remove one admin to add another but it’s asking for a passcode which I have forgotten. I can I obtain my old passcode or generate a new one. This is not under login but removing an admin.

Thank you for your post, I’m happy to help.
In order to remove a staff account from your store, your password needs to be entered, so if you don’t remember your password you’ll need to reset it. To do this, you can log out of your account, and then follow the steps outlined in this help document. Once that’s done, you can log back into your account and remove the staff account that you need to.
