Hello I was wonder how could I renew may domain. I’ve already paid up for my store but no one can access to my website. How do I go by getting it back up and running?
I recommend you to email directly to Shopify’s Merchant/Technical support. They should assist you with the issue!

If you purchased the domain through Shopify directly you can set up the auto renew your domain if you haven’t set it up already. The steps for this can be seen below:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Domains. > In the Shopify-managed domains section, click the domain that you want to renew automatically. > In the Auto-renew section, check Auto-renew this domain every year.
If your domain has already expired and you didn’t have auto renew setup then you will need to contact the Shopify support team as @Nick_Marketing touched on.
If you purchased the domain from a third party domain provider then you will need to log into your account with the domain provider and renew it there. Is everything running smoothly for you? Any questions just let me know!
