I have had an account close -unknowingly- but recently charged a client CC at POS which went through. My client was charged and I cannot refund her, it won’t payout to me and I cannot fix the account or reach anyone for help. They keep creating tickets but won’t respond or resolve the issue. I have 9k suspended in space and an aggravated client and no funds. I have sent repeated emails to ‘support’

No I did not. When you go to request a call back it asks you to fill in three boxes, the first being which ‘store’ you are requesting a call back in. Because my store is closed, it stops the request. I cannot even put my number in to request the call.
