I’m sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience.
I would like to start off by saying that Shopify is an ecommerce platform that offers tools to build an online store and sell to customers across the globe. While we do host these stores, we do not conduct business on behalf of the owners. Nor can we confirm whether a store uses our platform.
With that being said, we can provide some insight on how to contact the store owner and/or get a refund for your purchase.

If it has been less than 30 days since you placed the order, the first step to take is to reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. This email will reach the owner of the store and give them the opportunity to reply. Other ways to contact the store is through a contact page on their website or on social media platforms.

If it has been more than 30 days since your order and you have not heard back from the store, you can reach out to your banking institution to contest the charge to your card. They will be able to initiate their chargeback process and look into the situation in detail.
In this case, we’d also ask that you submit a report to us regarding the store. This prompts our internal team to investigate the store and take action should they be using Shopify to host their store.
It’s important to note that some orders can take up to 30 days to be fulfilled and sent out your way. This is why we recommend giving the store a 30 day grace period.
If you feel as though your information is at risk and you wish to action the second option immediately, please do not hesitate.
