Hi I want to see which countries I sold the most products to the pas 2 years, I currently have the 29usd/month plan, is this possible?

Yes, it is. You can rely on the sales reports generated by Shopify in Analytics > Reports section.
You can either check the Sales by product report or Sales by billing location report.
And then edit the column to add any data that you want to see. For example, add the billing country/region to the Sales by product report. You can also export the report as a CSV and then re-organize it for a clearer look.
