Hi everyone , can’t figure out how to get my store out of being live and back to draft. This is all new to me. Or does it make no difference. Just trying to setup my store.

I understand you’d like to set your store as a draft so that you’re able to continue working on your store.
In order to do so, you can enable password protection for your store until you’re ready to relaunch it. The password page is a landing page requiring any visitor to provide a password to visit your online store. When the password page is enabled, only the password page of your online store is found by search engines. Your product pages and other pages of your store are hidden. I’ll share a screenshot below of where to locate this section. You can check out our password protection resource for steps on how to enable this for your store.
You mentioned you’re building your store and I’d like to share our New to Shopify Checklist. The checklist can help ensure that each area of your store, such as shipping, product pages, theme and policies, is set up before launch.
