You can report this to our Shop Team at this link. For context on our part, Shop is an optional service that businesses offer to their customers at no charge to either party, and we don’t play any part in order fulfillment or running the business. Moving forward, we recommend reporting this suspicious activity through the app and contacting your bank for assistance.
As you are unable to contact the merchant, the next step is to contact your bank, as some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation. I recommend reading this article here that explains how to request help at the main banks.

Thank you for your reply unfortunately I can’t seem to work your app to report anything nore can I see a way of contacting you directly to make a complaint/ fraud case which is very disappointing.
im in the process of talking with my back so hopefully will have this sorted asap.
I do recommend you look into the company and make other people aware of what they are doing

If you have the order confirmation URL, then you can report this store here.
When reported cases are received, we investigate to verify whether the respective stores are on Shopify. If we find that these stores are acting maliciously, we remove them from the platform, if they haven’t already been removed. It’s important to note that while we take action against fraudulent stores, we cannot retrieve your money as Shopify does not have access to transaction funds.

When you open your email confirmation do you see on that email a button that says View your order? If so, click on that button and copy the URL from the search bar into the form. It should look like my below screenshot:
