I installed an app but I didn’t really need it so I uninstalled it from my shopify account, but when I got my renewal notice from shopify i noticed that I’ve been charged extra for the app that I uninstalled! So I reached out to them asking for subscription cancellation and they did, however shopify is still sending me that extra charge.. what should I do!
Contact the app developer directly and explain to them you have uninstalled the app but still being charged. Request to cancel subscription and get a refund of fees you have paid after uninstalling the app.
