It depends on your store contents, apps your store is having, and is it woo commerce data post & pages. I can not say any exact time , firstly I have to check your wordpress store & details about it.

First of all, it’s great to hear that you’re transferring to Shopify! Just in case, I have a help guide on Migrating to Shopify for you here which includes info on how to get started and what are the things that you should consider going forward.
Regarding your first question, a full domain transfer can take up to 20 days - in this time period, your domain will remain functional. I have another help guide detailing domain transfers and how they can be initiated for you here.
Another option for you maybe to connect your domain to Shopify from your third party provider, a process that can take up to 48 hours to allow the domain records to propagate. This means your domain will remain under the current hosting, and the process looks like this.
Lastly you asked about the speed - did you mean that you’re wondering if there will be an improvement to your site speed when you move to Shopify? If so, - it can be hard to say, as site speed depends on many different factors, some of which will not change when you migrate. Those include things like the code of your theme, your local browser cache and your own device, network and location.
