I have had a large payout pending for 3 months. Support chat keeps telling me it’s ‘elevated’ and to expect an email from the Payments team. But still no email. For the love of god what do I have to do?! This is insane. I can’t believe a business can behave like this.
I have the same issue. Sent total of 7 tickets. 3 Escalated. First one on November. Last one on March. Been 4 Months and no email reply or ticket reply from payment team.
If I were you, all thing I could do are just check emails filters, contact Shopify via social media – Tweeting or messaging Shopify Support on X (Twitter) @ShopifySupport or LinkedIn. Submit a new request ( Instead of chat, try submitting a detailed ticket via Shopify’s Help Center and reference your previous case number).
Sorry you’re dealing with it too, but good to know I’m not the only one. Gonna keep harassing, as I’m not sure what the hell else to do. This is crazy.
