How to activate a paid plan after ending trial period?

I wonder if someone can help as I am new to this. I have been building my site in the trial package. I then decided to buy a plan before the trial ends. It is showing up as paid in my billing but I cannot work out how to activate it and get rid of my trial? I watched some videos that said go to admin, settings, plan - change plan… but ‘change plan’ is not showing up on my bar - only choose plan? But i have already bought a plan? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Thank you for your question.

If you choose a paid plan during your free trial, then you won’t be charged any subscription fees until the end of your free trial period and no action is required to get rid of the trial, and no need to do this. The trial is free for 14 days regardless you decide to choose the plan or not.

You can start selling your products or services after you’re billed for the paid plan.

But what if I want to start my plan before my trial ends (as I can’t upload video until I am on a paid plan). Essentially I am trying to start my plan I have paid for but can’t see how I do that? :weary_face:

I got your point, if you’re on the paid plan now so when you go to Setting > Plan, you could see Change Plan section. If it shows only Choose Plan not Change Plan, and you cannot upload a video so that’s mean you have not chosen the plan yet.

So the optimal option here for you is to contact directly Shopify Support through live chat or email to know what happened.
