I am having a problem getting Shopify to automatically upload my products to google for a unspecified shipping error. I keep seeing this image:
I have most of my products coming up with this error. I have my shopify set to calculate cost based on the item by weights and size. I have looked and am not able to locate where to add additional shipping information. once I click into each individual item I am confused as how to add the required costs for google.

Thank you for your post. This error message can be caused by a few different things, so let’s go through those.
In most cases, the issue stems from MANUAL being selected in the Google Channel shipping settings: the problem is that the shipping settings haven’t been manually entered in the Google Merchant Center Account (which is needed for this setting). If this is the case and you don’t want to manually enter your shipping rates, you can change your shipping settings to AUTOMATIC in the Google Channel; that way, your shipping settings will automatically sync from your General Shipping Rates in Shopify. If you did want to manually add your rates to your Google Merchant Center account, you can do so using this google help doc.
Another cause can be if you have your shipping rates within a Custom shipping profile, since currently the Google Channel can only sync the General Shipping Rates profile.
Lastly, there would be an issue if you are using a third party app for calculated shipping rates, as this isn’t supported in the Google channel.
