Hey @ecody
I had a quick look at your website, and while it’s functional, it currently feels quite basic. The navigation is very simple, the product pages lack detailed information, there are no customer reviews, and the homepage design could be more polished and engaging. These factors can greatly impact customer trust and conversions.
I’d recommend giving your site a professional revamp to enhance user experience, boost credibility, and ultimately increase sales. If you’d like, I would happily spend time to help convert your store into an engagingly effective and visually attractive marketplace.
Best,
Moeed

Hi @ecody
I just checked your store contents, and you can do further progress on store SEO especially. One of my friends recommend me the tool which can be used for store page optimization, and you can further explore to optimize store pages accordingly. In summary, I found out the following issues like:
It is not the Shopify style page design. Instead, it is very similar to WordPress pages I visited before. Please note here Shopify web pages need more attention on page interaction and UI design. If your page UI is too simple, most customers will go away immediately.
Revise Store Name on Google. Your store name displaying in search results is the store URL, rather than the store name ‘Ecody’. This needs to be edited via Structure Data. You can learn more about it from this article and it is a beginning for you to further explore.
Unit the store Navigation Bar menus. I can see two menus on your store while checking carefully. How about combining all menus into one navigation bar? It will look more structured and feel easier for customers to learn more about store content, or it is too vague.
Further optimize your meta description contents. Pay attention to the length of meta description and keep it between 100–200 characters. Do not use automatic content generated by Google, it is better to create your own meta descriptions, which is good for your store indexing meanwhile.
Have you able to get someone to put you through or you still need a help?
How to combine together and thank you for the advise
Hi there
I checked out your store, and getting 600+ sessions with zero sales usually means there’s an issue with either product-market fit, conversion optimization, or trust elements.
I help Shopify store owners fix exactly this by auditing the site, improving product presentation, tweaking the checkout flow, and setting up data-driven marketing that turns visitors into paying customers.
If you’d like, I can review your store in detail and share actionable steps to increase conversions. Let’s chat so we can turn those 600 visits into real sales.
I just checked your store menus on navigation bar again. It looks like better than what I checked last time. Since you have one product on the store only, you can also consider creating a new menu called Collections after adding more products on the store. Keep up the good work so far!
Hi Ecody,
I replied to one of your other questions recently, but I wanted to add a bit more here.
Right now, your website design feels quite basic, and it’s missing some of those trust signals that make shoppers feel confident buying from you. Also are you only selling one product?
You might want to explore some of Shopify’s professional themes. They can instantly give your store a more polished, modern look while also including built-in features that guide visitors smoothly through the buying process.
On top of that, I’d highly recommend starting Google Shopping Ads. They’re one of the fastest ways to get your products in front of people who are actively searching for what you sell. With the right setup, you can drive high-intent traffic and turn more of those visitors into customers.
You can also run free listings on Google Shopping Ads btw in case you don’t want to go down the paid ads avenue.
Let me know if you want an app that helps creates a Google Shopping feed (needed to run google shopping ads).

If you’re getting traffic but no sales, focus on building trust and making buying easy.
Add clear product photos, reviews, and a simple checkout.
Also test your pricing, improve descriptions, and run targeted ads to bring in the right audience.
I Hope you get solution to what you are looking for..?
What about now i updated my website, i still confused about how to improve website design and how to build trust to customer
Because your website looks fake. It shows 1 product. All reviews are 5 stars, and of the same date. Logos are unsharp. You have no address. It all looks shady and like a bad dropshipping. Photos copied from Alibaba or Amazon.
If you don’t know what to change or what the issues are, you just don’t see it apparently.
Don’t you at least need a physical address for returns etc, to be shown on your website? Ecody does not. He/she should start there if you are talking about trust building.
