How to integrate third party shipping for $20 a month?

I cannot seem to find where to add the third party shipping integration feature for $20 a month. Can someone help me with this?

To enable the carrier calculated shipping rate, you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team, as this can only be added from our end. At this stage, we aren’t able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community Forums. So please visit our Help Centre, and login to your store here to get in touch with our Support Team.

For more information and in case you didn’t know though, the carrier calculated shipping rate (CCS) is available for free for stores on the Advanced Shopify Plan or request us to add CCS to your store for an extra $20 USD a month if you’re on the Shopify Plan.

In any case however, to enable the carrier calculated shipping rate you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team. So do get in touch with our team so that we can get this feature enabled on your store.

So once you’ve logged into your store via our help centre here, you’ll want to type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue. From there, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select your preferred method of contact with our live support team.

If you’re still having issues with contacting our team after following the instructions above, can you also try the following troubleshooting steps please:

  • Navigate to our help centre and try to contact our support team via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cache and cookies
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Firefox, you can try to contact our live support team on Safari or Chrome
  • You can also try to use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet
