Our store uses calculated rates through our USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping accounts to show our shipping options to customers at checkout. It mostly works well but there’s two shipping options showing up that customers can select that are NOT options when setting shipping rates in Admin. The first is “USPS First-Class Mail Large Envelope” and the second is “FedEx International First”. It’s not that we did not check the box next to these options, it’s that neither of these are even options to check in the Shipping Rates admin pages. They seem to be pulled from thin air but our customers can select them causing our shipping costs to be way out of whack so that we have to cancel their orders, pissing off many customers.
I cannot find a phone number to call Shopify Support so I’m asking here. Has anyone ran into this issue? Is there any solution that doesn’t require purchasing a pricey 3rd party app? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
